- 1½ cups pineapple juice
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
1. Freeze the ice cream maker bowl for at least 24 hours.
2. Blend crushed pineapple and pineapple juice until smooth.
3. Pour into a large bowl.
4. Stir in the heavy whipping cream until fully combined.
5. Pour mixture into the frozen ice cream maker bowl.
6. Churn for about 20 minutes.
