- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Shred the cabbage and place it in a large mixing bowl.
2. Grate the carrots and add them to the cabbage.
3. Add the chopped green onions.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, and sugar.
5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
6. Toss until evenly coated.
7. Season with salt and black pepper.
8. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
