Ingredients

- 2 cups cold water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour the water into a large glass or jar.
2. Stir in the chia seeds immediately.
3. Let soak for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
4. Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
5. Stir well.
6. Serve over ice with fresh mint.
