- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Cook ramen noodles for 2 to 3 minutes and drain.
2. Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
3. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked.
4. Stir fry broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper.
5. Add garlic, ginger, and green onions.
6. Return chicken and pour in sauce.
7. Add cooked ramen noodles.
8. Toss until evenly coated.
9. Cook another 2 minutes.
10. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
Notes
- Do not overcook the ramen noodles.
- Use fresh vegetables for the best texture.
- Add chili oil for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
