Ingredients

- 4 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook and shred chicken breast.
2. Shred napa cabbage and place in a large bowl.
3. Julienne carrots and slice bell peppers.
4. Add vegetables and green onions to the bowl.
5. Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and pepper.
6. Pour dressing over salad.
7. Add shredded chicken.
8. Toss until evenly coated.
9. Let sit for 10 minutes.
10. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
