Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (about 700g)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Avocado slices for serving
Instructions
1. Whisk lime juice, zest, olive oil, garlic, honey, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
2. Stir in cilantro and Greek yogurt.
3. Coat chicken in marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat grill to 400–425°F (200–220°C).
5. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
6. Rest chicken for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with cilantro, lime wedges, avocado, and green onions before serving.

- Marinate up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Freeze cooked chicken for up to 2 months.
