Description

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds or pecans
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and cool.
2. Prepare cooked chicken and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
4. Combine pasta, chicken, grapes, celery, onion, and nuts.
5. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
7. Garnish and serve chilled.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version. Red and green grapes both work well. Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
