- 1 small green cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional pineapple, raisins, or green onions
Instructions
1. Wash and shred the cabbage.
2. Grate the carrots and place them in a large bowl with cabbage.
3. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
4. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss evenly.
5. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
