Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente.
2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
3. In a large bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and hot sauce.
4. Add pickle relish, bell pepper, green onions, and celery.
5. Mix well until combined.
6. Add cooled macaroni and stir gently.
