Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker

2. Add baby potatoes over the chicken

3. Mix broth, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and thyme

4. Pour mixture over chicken and potatoes

5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours

6. Shred chicken with forks and stir before serving
