- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
1. Mix garlic and hot honey in a bowl.
2. Coat chicken tenders and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Prepare flour, egg, and breadcrumb stations.
4. Dredge chicken in flour, egg, then panko.
5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Fry tenders 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
7. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
8. Drain on paper towels.
9. Drizzle with extra hot honey and serve immediately.
