Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cups cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
1. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together.
2. Marinate chicken with half the sauce for 15 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
4. Cook chicken for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
5. Remove chicken and set aside.
6. Add cabbage and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
7. Return chicken to the skillet.
8. Pour remaining sauce over the mixture.
9. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until coated and heated through.
10. Garnish with green onions and serve.
