Description
This Iced Blueberry Latte Recipe combines homemade blueberry syrup, espresso, milk, and ice for a refreshing fruity coffee drink perfect for summer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp blueberry syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1–2 shots espresso
- Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Combine blueberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
2. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until berries soften.
3. Mash berries and strain syrup.
4. Allow syrup to cool completely.
5. Add blueberry syrup to a tall glass.
6. Fill glass with ice cubes.
7. Pour milk over the ice.
8. Slowly pour espresso on top.
9. Stir and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use coffee ice cubes to avoid dilution.
- Store blueberry syrup in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Use oat milk for a dairy-free version.
