- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup green onions sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles chopped
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente then drain and rinse with cold water
2. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble into small pieces
3. Chop celery red bell pepper green onions and pickles
4. Mix mayonnaise Greek yogurt apple cider vinegar salt and pepper in a large bowl
5. Add macaroni bacon and vegetables into the dressing
6. Mix until fully coated
7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
