Description
Creamy no-bake Matcha Tiramisu Cake layered with ladyfingers, mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and premium matcha powder. Perfect for special occasions or summer desserts.
Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone cheese
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 4 tbsp matcha powder
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
- Extra matcha powder for dusting
Instructions
1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Mix mascarpone with sugar until smooth.
3. Sift matcha into mascarpone mixture and stir well.
4. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
5. Whisk matcha with water for the soaking liquid.
6. Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the matcha mixture.
7. Arrange one layer of soaked ladyfingers.
8. Spread half of the mascarpone filling.
9. Repeat with remaining ladyfingers and filling.
10. Smooth the top and dust with matcha.
11. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ceremonial-grade matcha for the best flavor.
- Do not over-soak the ladyfingers.
- Chill overnight for cleaner slices.
