- 4 cups napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup toasted almonds, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
1. Wash and shred the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Grate the carrots and slice the green onions.
3. Whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.
4. Place cabbage, carrots, and green onions in a large mixing bowl.
5. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until evenly coated.
6. Add toasted almonds and toss lightly.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
