Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

3. Combine milk, honey, and melted butter in another bowl.

4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until combined.

5. Grease an 8-inch baking dish or cast iron skillet.
