  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a large sheet pan.

2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, half the garlic, seasonings, salt, and pepper.

3. Spread potatoes on the prepared pan.
