Ingredients

Instructions

1. Crack eggs into a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

2. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

5. Pour egg mixture into the skillet.

6. Gently stir eggs from the edges toward the center until softly set.

7. Add cheese if desired and allow it to melt.
