Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 2 cups Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Drain the corn and place it in a large bowl.
2. Add diced bell pepper, onion, and cilantro.
3. Mix mayonnaise with ranch dressing mix.
4. Pour dressing over the corn mixture.
5. Fold ingredients together gently.
6. Add Fritos right before serving.
7. Chill for 30 minutes and serve cold.
