- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 4 large eggs, separated
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
2. Sift flour, sugar, matcha, baking powder, and salt together.
3. Whisk egg yolks, oil, and milk until smooth.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form batter.
5. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold gently into batter.
6. Pour into ungreased chiffon pan and bake for 40–45 minutes.
7. Invert pan immediately and cool completely before serving.

- Do not grease the chiffon pan.
- Cool upside down to prevent collapse.
