Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Whisk flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
2. Combine eggs, milk, and melted butter in another bowl.
3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth.
4. Whisk in matcha powder and rest batter for 30 minutes.
5. Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
6. Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly grease with butter.
7. Cook thin crepes using about 1/4 cup batter each.
8. Cool all crepes completely.
9. Spread whipped cream over one crepe and add strawberries.
10. Repeat layering until all crepes are used.
11. Finish with whipped cream and strawberries on top.
12. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
