Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons matcha powder
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
Instructions
1. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries.
2. Toss strawberries with a little sugar and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
3. Sift matcha powder into a bowl.
4. Whisk matcha with water until smooth.
5. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract.
6. Whip until soft peaks form.
7. Fold matcha mixture gently into whipped cream.
